LISA FAHRBACH
FOUNDER + DESIGNER
(SHE/HER)
Every new space is an un-penned novel: a story waiting to be told. Each client, every wall, and room is an opportunity to express lifestyle and living. This is my approach to designing spaces.
My career is a head-on collision of interior design, global architecture, fine art, and stories. For 20 years, I’ve created personal and public spaces defined by merging trend with classic twists resulting in spaces that define this moment and sustain passing time. Because I believe the transformation of design and construction is fun, I ensure the process is the best possible experience for my clients. To achieve this, I built a team of contractors, vendors, and design resources that stand behind this belief alongside me to streamline your project.
Academically, Lisa holds degrees in Art History (Architecture) and English from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and studied interior design at SBCC with a focus on color theory.
KATIE FAHRBACH
OPERATIONS, PEOPLE, AND FINANCE
(SHE/THEY)
Since leaving a career at a Big Tech company in corporate operations, Katie has been working with independent artists and small businesses. At interiorstyle, Katie manages client invoicing, HR & team operations, and other behind-the-scenes work.
Katie lives in the Pacific Northwest with her tiny, curious dog. She loves research and spreadsheets and will tenaciously work to source the perfect piece of furniture or art for a friend or client’s home.
Katie is a U.S. Green Building Council LEED Green Associate with a certificate in Project Management from the University of Washington and an undergraduate degree in Anthropology and Environmental Policy. Katie has been on the interiorstyle team since 2021. (And yes, she is also Lisa’s daughter, and grew up immersed in all things design.)
